A senior forward, Dylan Zarrabi is now the Cougars' all-time leading goal-scorer. He knocked in the record-tying and record-breaking goals during a 3-0 victory against Lone Jack on October 8. After tying Brantley Gossett's school record midway through the second half, Zarrabi netted the record breaker — No. 121 — off a free quick from about 20 yards out in the 68th minute. After the two goals against Lone Jack and two more against Thomas Jefferson the following Tuesday, Zarrabi now has 123 goals.

Zarrabi, who has earned all-district and all-region honors two years in a row, has scored 25 goals this season. He’s averaged around 30 goals a season during his four-year prep career.

College Heights is the No. 3 seed at the Class 1 District 6 tournament in Springfield. The Cougars will meet No. 2 seed Laquey (12-7) in the semifinals.
