Welcome to College Heights Christian School!

We are excited for the new school year to begin. Listed below are the Back to School packet forms that we normally send via United States Postal Service but elected to make available electronically this year. The forms are all in pdf format but if you experience any problems accessing the forms, please call the school office at 417.782.4114 ext 211 or ext 221.

Freeman Sports Physicals, August 3, 2010, 7:30 pm, Freeman Sports Medicine Building. There is no charge to students for this service provided by Freeman Health System.
Middle School Academy, Monday, August 9, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Incoming 6th graders and new middle school students, last names A-L
Middle School Academy, Tuesday, August 10, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Incoming 6th graders and new middle school students, last names M-Z
High school sports practices begin Monday, August 9
Fall Sports Coach/Parent Meeting, Monday, August 9, 8:00 pm, gym
New High School Student Orientation, August 12, 5:00 pm (A letter will be sent to new students with details)
Missions Spaghetti Dinner, Thursday, August 12, 5:30-7:30 pm, Cafeteria
Back to School Night, Thursday, August 12, 6:00-8:00 pm
Cougar 5K and Fun Run, Saturday, August 14, Northeast parking lot at CHCS
First Day of School, Tuesday, August 17
Jr High sports practices will begin when school begins Tuesday, August 17. Details coming soon.

School Spirit Wear will be available at Back to School Night. Listed below are the order forms to provide an idea of what is available and the cost of each item. CHCS Cheer Bears and bags will be available at the Spirit Store as well. Feel free to print the forms, complete the forms and bring the forms/payment with you to Back To School Night.
